No, I did the quiz imagining to be me! We are *both* Mr Darcy! What do you think this says about our future? (Like your mother, I forget the plots of Jane Austen novels as soon as I have read them, all the better to read them again, so I am at a loss on this matter.)

That’s a good phrase.

It (unfairly) reminds me of:

“Genetically, paedophiles have more genes in common with crabs than they do with you and me. Now that is scientific fact. There’s no real “evidence” for it but it is scientific fact.”

Bonus content in the comments: the other book which I only finished on about the sixth attempt was Conrad’s Heart of Darkness, which is even more curious, as it’s so short.
